Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items damaged due to improper use or care
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Refund

Refund Processing

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the transaction.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
