By accessing or using the PetaleGrace website (the "Site") and purchasing any products, including shirts, shorts, and skirts, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of PetaleGrace.

2. User Agreement

PetaleGrace provides an online platform for the sale of apparel. By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the purchase process. PetaleGrace reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Product Descriptions and Pricing

PetaleGrace strives to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free, complete, or current. Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders accordingly. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PetaleGrace, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

6. Refund Policy

PetaleGrace offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may incur additional charges. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
